# Support

Report problems with version, macOS release and the agent runtime involved.

## Report an issue

Use https://github.com/sarthakagrawal927/contextdaddy/issues/new. Include your app version, macOS version and which view or source was wrong. Remove skill contents, prompt text and personal paths before sharing screenshots.

## Product boundaries

- Requires macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon; no Intel build
- Read-only; never edits agent configuration or files
- Context-size estimates are approximate, not live prompt measurements
- Discovered context is not proof it entered a prompt
- No automatic updater; new builds are manual downloads
- Provider allowance requires installed CLIs and is opt-in
